GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
SHIPPING INFORMATION
ERIKA YELO WILL PROCESS ALL ORDERS MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM.
Orders placed before 6 PM will be considered as placed on the same day. If the order is placed after 6 PM, on a non-working day, or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
ERIKA · YELO will process your order so that it arrives at the indicated address within 7 business days. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.
All orders will be shipped via “Correos de España” and are insured, except for orders to the USA, which will be shipped through UPS with delivery guaranteed between 7 to 9 days.
Due to new regulations, your order may be subject to import taxes (duties/tariffs) ranging between $15–25. These taxes are handled and charged directly by UPS at the time of delivery.

Free shipping to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands for orders equal to or over €55.
Free shipping to the Canary Islands, Europe and the resto of the world for orders equal to or over €155.
FIRST: THE PARTIES
These General Terms of Purchase and the Privacy Policy govern the use of the website www.erikayelo.com/es (hereinafter, the Website), which is owned by JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE, NIF 74373660-D, with registered address at Avenida Santiago Bernabéu No. 2, Santa Pola, Alicante, Spain.
The Website is made available to users and customers, who, by making a purchase, agree to be bound by these General Terms of Purchase. We therefore formally request that you read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
To purchase any of the items offered on the Website, the user must express their consent to accept these General Terms of Purchase by checking the box that will appear on screen.
Once the user gives consent and provides all required data for the purchase, they are bound by these Terms.
To register and access purchasing services, the user must be of legal age under Spanish law. By accepting these General Terms of Purchase, the user declares they are over 18 and legally capable of entering into contracts under Spanish legislation.
It is expressly understood that the user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on this Website.
SECOND: PURCHASE PROCEDURE
To purchase any of the products available on the Website, the user must register and provide the requested data. Payment method details may or may not be included at this stage, as they are only required when completing the final purchase.
Once registered, the user can add any products to their shopping cart with no limitations. During browsing, they can modify the quantity, remove items, or add more products to the cart.
Only when the user clicks on “Finalize Purchase” and reviews the cart contents with the intent to buy, will they proceed to “Checkout”. At that point, they will be required to enter payment and shipping details.
Shipping costs will be displayed, as they are NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICES.
Once all data is entered, the user will be asked to confirm the details and proceed to “Place Order,” after which a confirmation will be issued.
Applicable shipping costs by zone:
- Spanish inland and Balearic Islands: 5€
- Europe and Canary Islands: 12€
- EEUU: 15€
- Rest of the world: 15€
THIRD: DISPLAYED PRICES
All prices on the Website are shown in EUROS and include applicable VAT or other taxes.
Shipping and transportation costs are NOT included in the prices and are the responsibility of the user.
All shipping charges will be clearly shown before the user completes their purchase.
FOURTH: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE is liable to the consumer for any non-conformity present at the time of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
To benefit from this legal warranty, the user must provide proof of purchase via the receipt sent electronically at the time of purchase.
The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, the user must notify the Website before the deadline via the form provided and by sending an email to [email protected].
Upon receiving the withdrawal request, JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE will, within fourteen (14) calendar days, refund the amount paid via the same payment method (unless otherwise indicated), excluding shipping costs if a priority or premium shipping option was selected.
The user must return the items to the physical address provided in the withdrawal form within fourteen (14) days of notification.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
FIFTH: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All purchases are subject to the availability of the selected products.
Availability or lack thereof will be clearly indicated before the user completes their order.
SIXTH: LIABILITY
The user agrees to use the purchased items for personal purposes only and may not resell or commercially exploit them.
Neither the Website nor JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE is responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from internet connection issues, data errors, viruses, or third-party intrusions.
JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE is only liable for damages directly resulting from purchases made on the Website, and only when such damages are due to willful misconduct. In any case, liability is limited to the actual amount paid by the user.
JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE is not liable for any other damages, including those resulting from the use of the items purchased on this Website.
SEVENTH: INDEMNIFICATION
If the user breaches these General Terms of Purchase and causes any damage or loss to the Website or JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE, they will be liable for all related costs and damages.
The user is also liable for any third-party claims arising from unlawful, fraudulent, or negligent actions.
EIGHTH: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Both parties, JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE and the USER, expressly agree that these General Terms are governed by Spanish law and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
