FIRST: THE PARTIES

On one side, JOSE JOAQUIN YELO GOECKE, as the owner of the website www.erikayelo.com/es, and on the other side, the user, who by the mere act of visiting, browsing, and using the Website in any way—without the need to register—is subject to these General Terms of Use.

SECOND: SERVICES OFFERED

The free access to the Website allows users to browse and learn about the range of products and items offered, as well as to find means of contacting the brand ERIKA YELO.

However, since another purpose of the Website is to offer the Erika Yelo product line for online sale, this implies the user’s acceptance of certain purchase conditions and the payment of a price.
