The Saint Benedict Medal reminds the faithful that they carry with them the constant presence of God and his protection. In the nineteenth century there was a renewed fervor for the Saint Benedict Medal. In the written works of Dom Prosper Guéranger, abbot of Solesmes, and Dom Zelli Iacobuzzi, monk of St. Paul Outside the Walls, the origin and history of the medal is carefully studied. From this last monastery, located in Rome, the center of Benedictine irradiation, the devotion to the Medal was also spread. The most popular representation of it is the so-called “Jubilee Medal”, designed in the Beuron Abbey, and coined especially for the Benedictine Jubilee of the year 1880, commemorating the 1400 years of the birth of St. Benedict Abad.

2 – Take the measurement of that string or ribbon with a ruler and that would be exactly the length of your wrist in cm.
